Errands and a great ride

After we were in our big motorcycle accident almost 9 years ago, we decided to not use the motorcycle to run errands. Too many cars with drivers not paying attention to driving. We had been on an errand when we were hit and figured making this change would reduce our riding risks. However, since we no longer live “in the big city”, we are now able to make errands less of a chore by making the trip into a great ride. We are so lucky!
We recently made a trip into Uvalde, that was a perfect example of this new luxury. We rode down highway 83 to town to get some supplies from Walmart. Instead of just driving there and back, we took CR 55 out west to Camp Wood and back east across the hill country on CR337 to Leakey. Great twisties, hills, and amazing views! Enjoy the pics!
